This website is provided by Balifastboats.com, a legitimate and licensed tour operator based on Bali, Indonesia.

For fast boat service: We are a reliable tour operator and are a very well known fast boat agent for most fast boat companies in the area. We have three years experience organizing fast boat trip for visitors in Bali, Gili island, and Lombok. We are also an active contributor on several travel forums e.g. Trip Advisor.

For hotel service: We provide online hotel reservation system from Agoda for instant booking. Agoda is one of most well known hotel portal systems in the world. We also cooperate with many popular accommodations in the area for non-instant reservation.

Your payment is processed either by Paypal or Agoda payment system which apply SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt your information so other people cannot catch it.

We use your personal information to provide the product or service you have requested. In the unlikely event of legal case, we may use your personal information for legal process if requested. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Fast Boat Trip

No fast boat goes directly to Gili Meno. You need to stop at Gili Trawangan than take an island hopping boat. This is a small boat and the trip takes about 10 minutes. If you want to go to Gili Meno, you better contact us through email or phone.

It depends on where your hotel location in Bali is and what is your trip preference. If you are staying in South or West Bali then Serangan harbor (Bluewater Express) or Sanur harbor (Semaya One or Scoot) are the closest land distance, but longer sea trip (about 2 hours 30 minutes). If you are staying in Ubud or South East Bali then departing from Padangbai (Ocean StarWahana Gili OceanGili GiliMarina Srikandi) has closer overland distance and also shorter sea trip (about 1 hour 30 minutes). If you stay in Amed you the most suitable is departing from Amed beach (Kuda Hitam Express). If you only want to go to Nusa Lembongan then your chance is only departing from Sanur harbor (Semaya One or Scoot).

We provide shuttle service to transfer you between the hotel and the harbor. This shuttle is free for certain areas, or with additional charge if out of coverage areas.

We offer the transfer between the airport and fast boat harbor. The airport transfer may free or require additional fee based on the arrival / departure schedule. We will inform you immediately if there any additional fees.

Payment and Fees

Our price covers all fees on normal trip. In case you bring spacious luggage such as surf board, some fast boat companies may charge for additional luggage fee, normally about IDR 25.000 per surf board. The pickup / drop off service in Bali are free for certain areas. If your hotel location is out of free areas the driver may ask you for the addition. We always examine your reservation and estimate all possible additional fees before issuing your ticket. We will inform you if there any chance of additional fees and ask for your confirmation before we deliver the ticket to you.

All hotel prices on the site are only for the requested stay dates with number of people indicated with relevant taxes and service charges. The hotel may ask for additional fees for additional services you may requested. For more detail please reefer to Agoda Terms and Policy.

We provide several currency options for fast boat and hotel reservation. For fast boat service we set a fixed price in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and provide several currencies based on the fixed IDR price. We provide US Dollar (USD), Australian Dollar (AUD), Euro (EUR), British Pound (GBP), Singaporean Dollar (SGD), Canadian Dollar (CAD), and Swiss Francs (CHF) on fast boat booking form. If your currency is not listed and you still want to pay in your currency you can ask for the invoice. We will send the invoice to your email with payment link.

For fast boat and related services: We use a third party to process the payment (Paypal) and we use the approach for Paypal’s conversion rate.

Booking and Confirmation

You can make it done in seven simple steps. Fill your itinerary (route, date, and preferred currency) and click Continue, select a boat (and return boat if return) which is suitable for you based on your preferred departure time, ticket price, and preferred departure harbor. Fill your detail information (name, contact, passengers). If there is a pickup/drop off associated with your boat selection you will be asked to input the pickup/drop off address. On the fifth step, check everything before making the payment. You can then make the payment using credit card (processed by Paypal) or bank transfer. The ticket will be sent to your email and you can use the ticket to check in.

On the Hotel Booking form, select hotel location, check in date, and how nights you want to stay, then click Continue. On search result list you can select a specific hotel or click the Area / City for more hotel options. Once you see a specific hotel page you can select the room, number of rooms, and also preferred currency on the top right corner of the room table. Click the photo of the room to see more detail about the room. To book a room, click Book It button and follow the rest steps.

Once you’ve completed the form and made the payment you will receive a confirmation email about your reservation. On the next minutes you will receive a fast boat ticket / hotel voucher. You may print the ticket / voucher and use it for check in. Please note that we always manually check for each fast boat reservation to examine your pickup / drop off location and flight connection if any. We do this check on normal work hours (05.00 AM – 10.00 PM local time), so if you make the reservation during off hours you may receive the ticket in the next few hours.

Please check your spam (junk) folder in your email account. If you still can’t find it, please contact us through email or contact form on this website.

We will manually check your reservation to make sure your trip will be good (we review your hotel location and flight time if any). If everything is good we normally send the ticket in less than a minute. Please understand we currently work on local normal working hours. If you make the reservation during off hours we may send the ticket on daytime. Our working hours is 05.00 AM – 10.00 PM. Our time zone is GMT+8.
